That depends on the person. The majority can stand on their boards after one lesson. It may be for just a few seconds, but it's a start! Your best option is to follow a short 4 lesson course for € 135,- to learn all the basics for surfing. After this course you can rent a board to improve your surfing ability.
Minimum age is 6 (swimming ability, preferably a certificate, is mandatory). There is no maximum age.

Yes, but call us during the day if you would like to rent for the evening. If you want to book a lesson in the evening, please contact us the day before.
No, these materials are included in the lesson. We have wetsuits in different sizes. We have soft boards with soft fins for the pupils. For the cold days we provide boots, gloves and caps.
If you just want to rent a suit and/or a board, we charge reasonable prices. Please call or e-mail us for information.
Yes, you have to bring your own towel.
Women can wear a regular swimming suit. Men can wear a tight swimming short/underwear.
No, the lessons will be postponed to another time. Please call the Surfschool (070-3227171) at 9.30 AM on the day of the surfcourse to confirm for the surfcheck! We can offer you Stand Up Paddle (SUP) lessons instead.
You can pay by card and we even accept creditcards and VISA.
